Gesamtgewicht ca 1.1 Tonnen.<\/p>\n<p>Ein erster Gewichtscheck von Andre ergab: Blei ist ganz sch\u00f6n schwer<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sy-pauline.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/IMG_20180510_101608_535.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1637\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sy-pauline.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/IMG_20180510_101608_535.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"335\" height=\"446\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Dann gings los. Zuerst wurde eine Portion Fliessbeton angemischt.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sy-pauline.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/IMG_20180510_102539_100.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1653\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sy-pauline.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/IMG_20180510_102539_100.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"3456\" height=\"4608\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Zum ausgiesen wird PCI Repaflow verwendet. Da das PCI Repaflow schwundfrei aush\u00e4rtet und somit dicht an der Kielwand anliegt kann keine Feuchtigkeit und Luft in den Kiel und somit auch nichts rosten.<\/p>\n<p>Die restlichen Bleist\u00fccke werden erstmal lose eingelegt und k\u00f6nnen am Schluss wenn die Pauline richtig im Wasser liegt auch noch zum trimmen verwendet werden. Wenn dann alles passt werden die ebenfalls mit Beton eingegossen.<\/p>\n<p>Nochmals ein riesen Dankesch\u00f6n an die Helfer Andre, Michael und Thomas.
